At Pure Loom, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. That's why we offer a 14-day return policy on all eligible products. If, for any reason, you're not happy with your purchase, you may return it for a refund, subject to the terms below.
How to Return a Product

Contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.

Provide your order number and the reason for your return.

We will provide you with return instructions and, where applicable, a return shipping label.

Carefully pack the product and send it back to us.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 10 business days.
Exceptions to the Return Policy
The following items are not eligible for return:

Products that have been used, washed, or damaged after delivery.

Items that are missing original tags, packaging, or accessories.

Products purchased during sale or clearance events.

Items returned after the 14-day return period.
Refunds
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

If you paid by credit or debit card, the refund will be credited back to your account.

If you paid via bank transfer or another local payment method in Pakistan, the refund will be processed to the same account or payment method, where applicable.
